Morning Sickness – Help your partner discover what symptoms might be triggering their morning sickness. Keep an eye out for certain foods, smells, or even specific times of day that could be causing their nausea.

Worries – Support your partner with their worries; if they’re feeling off, encourage them to chat with their healthcare provider. If they’re not comfortable speaking up or aren’t sure what to say, feel free to ask questions!

Classes – There are so many wonderful childcare and pregnancy classes out there for new parents! You can help your partner look into them, and you could even sign up together to attend as a team.

Finances – Having a baby can be quite expensive, and if you and your spouse are navigating some challenges or could use a little extra support, there are helpful resources out there like Medicaid or WIC. You can check these options out together with your partner or even take the initiative to apply on your own!

Exercise – Moving can get tough in the last few months of pregnancy, but staying active is super important! If your partner needs a little extra motivation, why not work out together?

Discomfort – Pregnancy can be pretty uncomfortable at times, so it’s nice to help your partner when you can. If their feet are swollen, kindly remind them to sit down and put their feet up or if they’re having trouble sleeping, surprise them with a comfy pregnancy pillow!

Appointments – There are quite a few appointments to attend when you’re pregnant. Aim to show up for as many as you can, and if you can’t make it to one, be sure to ask questions and stay involved—your partner will really appreciate it!

Be There – Sometimes, the best thing you can do is just be there for them. If they’re having a rough day, help out with things around the house or simply offer a shoulder to cry on. Often, all your partner really wants is you!
